i might give him a ten day contract, but he'd have to prove himself in our G league first! LOL

 

I didn't expect this level of vitriol on this obviously non-serious thread but I guess Chandler Parsons is serious business

 

At this point . . . Parsons does not even seem like a good locker room guy

Hell nah. Why? Scrub Melo is down in NY shooting midrange jumpers at Lifetime, he’s not hurting anybody. Keep Parsons far away from here. The guy is pretty much done anyways.

2 weeks of anything resembling consistent minutes and he’ll be out with knee soreness...he was talking some big sh*t and running his mouth once he signed in Dallas, I would not welcome this fool with open arms

Last but not least, ain’t no way in hell a contract that hideous should be added to our books.

 

Just in case Morey gets a wild hair I just IG'd Parsons to let him know that the city hasn't gotten DIRTIER since he left cause we all know what a little b**** germophobe he is .....

 

If Parsons pulls a Grant Hill or Derrick Rose and starts balling again, we're all going to look pretty stupid.

HOWEVER: We're safe because that will never happen.

 

Grant Hill had the maturity and intelligence to change his game. Also, Hill just had some really bad luck (an infection that almost killed him comes to mind). He used that Duke education to change the way he plays into a player who could still make an impact in his later age.

Rose might be fools gold. He's had stretches of brilliance, but I would hardly consider him to be fully back, but the fans believe he's better than Harden. So there's that. Who knows, maybe Rose gets a second life like Shawn Livingston did.

Parsons doesn't seem to have the luck or maturity that either or those two had. He could transform his game and make a comeback if he tried to. I don't think he will try. His G-League antics sort of show that he is set in his ways.

 

I think Rose is 75% back. At least until the next major injury, which could happen any minute.
