He didn't start in college because he can't lead a team anywhere. Clingan on the other hand is a 2 time NCAA champion and currently starting as a rookie on a decent team.

That is hard to do..... Fred was unwanted at his draft.

FVV reminded me of Max Strus or another undrafted guy who made it in this league but still should not be paid top dollar.

Nick Nurse was a much better offensive coach and mentor than Udoka has been.

Sheppard is his own man and will continue to develop despite playing for a coach who does not teach good Offense.

Objectively false... but you probably know what, you just feel like you have to be a liar.

The ONLY reason he didn't start was because his coach promised another player the starting role before he season and he prioritized keeping his word over the success of the team.... something that got the coach run out of town.

When your lies are this obvious, all you do is shed credibility... and you don't have much to spare.

But he wouldn't start here, he's not better than sengun. He also didn't start any games till ayton (who sucks) got injured. The college stuff is completely irrelevant to nba success, tons of "good" college players can't play at all in the nba.

My bad. I didn't know I was going back and forth with a blind crazy person. Clingan is playing well. Castle is playing well. McCain is playing well. Edey is playing well. Reed is not.

But he's starting now and breaking records. Sheppard, with his bad self, cant even break 15 minutes of play.

So if we had cling, you would want him to start?

Clingan would have given us a good rebounding attack off the bench for now.

Castle is shooting 28% from 3 with an awful TS%....

Do you think he's playing well simply because he's scoring a lot of points inefficiently on a ton of shots?

His WS/48 is .033.... he's had all the opportunity in the world, he's just terrible.... so if you think he's playing well, it just means you have no clue what you are seeing when you watch basketball.

Sheppard hasn't had the opportunity the others have been given, but despite that artificial handicap, he's playing really well.... something you'd be able to see if you knew even the basics about basketball.

    It's really embarrassing.

ya i'd rather have the shooting potential from reed over a backup big. Even with his slow start Reed is at 38.5% from 3, and eventually should be a solid 40% 3 pt shooter.

    He’s already better than Jalen.

Again who is Sheppard starting over lol? Portland is rebuilding and their pick was natural; ours was from the nets

What is common denominator on those teams starting or giving rookies big minutes.

HINT: Those teams are not nearly as successful or as talented as Rockets. With exception of Grizz but Rockets would not be playing Edey ahead of Alp or Stevo.
