They could have gone for Dragić, Brogdon, Beverley, Danny Green...instead at the start of FA, they held a dinner with Porzingis to celebrate signing of his contract and got underwhelming signings like Curry and Wright. Things are working out now because Luka is playing out of his mind and Carlisle finally found a steady rotation, but things can fall apart any time Luka doesn't get 30+ points and 10+ assists. Mavericks fans were very disappointed with offseason signings.
