I didn'tlisten yet but interestig if Lowe said only about Motiejunas and not Jones. I told you. DMO MUST COME BACK soon or he won't get his money. At some point if he can't get back on the court and prove that he's healthy he can end up losing even 40 million dollars total and go from a 19 million dollar contract to a pathetic lowball offer of 9. Ilyasova is not a starting powerforward in this league and esp if you want your team to be in the playoffs. Plus hes' like 31 with a ton of mileage on his body and is practically expiring. Are you saying back surgery is minor surgery? I respectfully disagree. I think D Mo will be fine but don't minimize the amount of rehab needed to recover from any kind of back surgery.
8-9 months without playing for minor surgery? either it wasn't that minor or the Rockets screwed up the rehab. Either way, it's not good.
Reminds me of an old joke. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MINOR SURGERY AND MAJOR SURGERY? MINOR IS WHEN IT HAPPENS TO THE OTHER GUY.
Dmo ain't getting 15 mil a year I gueantee that. Good for us though because I woukdnt want him at that price, maybe we can get him at 8 mil a year which is more reasonable anyways with the lack of production he has given us on his rookie contract. Remeber fellas this is the same dmo that really only has 70 solid games on his résumé in 3+ years now.
If he can prove he's healthy the second half...I'd say he can get 12 mill. He's worth much more than Corey Brewer money.
