Dmo wasn't even much better or healthier than TJones.

Yeah, Stein's tweet is what he thinks the final details being discussed are, and was posted at the top of last page. That's what we were talking about.

Shams broke it last night, but has yet to use the word "minimum." The Verticle now tweeted details are done, but still no word of amount.

Yeah, that's probably why they had to go up to 1.5 mil or so. Someone else probably offered that, so the Pels probably wanted to match. There's no way Jones could afford to leave money on the table.

Jones wins at scoring, rebounding, steals, blocks, turnovers, FG%, 3PT%, 2PT%, FT%, PER, TS%, TRB%, OWS, DWS, WS, WS/48. DMO only beats Tjones in passing. TJones also played in 25 playoff games for us. DMO, 6.

    TJones=1.5mil? DMO?

They will never ever ever agree to this. Dmo is their favorite players so they will dispute any facts that you bring to the table.

What seed would the Rockets have been if Dmo was the one injured for most of the 2014-15 campaign and Tjones was the one healthy? That's a 7th seed at best.

With the way the team was playing and Jones, I would say 3rd at best, but probably 4th.

It's beyond me why they can't even acknowledge the Jones had a good NBA sophomore season.

This is a question NOBODY has the answer to Snow and you know this. So why even ask?

I don't think anyone has failed to acknowledge that. He had good games for us against bottom feeders. He was just getting torn apart by the elite PF's in this league and couldn't even go back at them on the Offensive end. Dmo had proven he could score against elite defenders. That's honestly always be my position on the whole debate. I always though Tjones should've gotten traded to the Bucks at around that time because I felt his game meshed better in the East.

Exactly. I don't get that nonsense either especially when most of them thinks they have the highest BBALL IQ on here. Always on here proclaiming that they are these high class talent evaluators. You disagree then you don't bring nothing to the GARM. Too damn funny

You wouldn't? If so then most NBA players aren't 2 way players. When a player is at least average at both sides of the court that is considered a 2 way player.
As for playmaking as far as bigs go he is a playmaker.
A playmaker 4 doesn't have to be a pointforward but someone who can pass out of the post, understands hockey assists , can run offence from the high post etc.

Now that we have Rhyno the difference will be seen by everyone in those two areas.
I hope you mean the BKN 2018 because if you really think that BKN will make the playoffs next year then I don't know what to say.

The BKN2018 pick is a huge questionmark and not for sure a high quality asset by any means. Sean Marks has already shown that he is a very smart GM.

He also had good outing against the likes of Davis, Randolph and Duncan/Spliter.

Dmo had a few good games against top defenders.

**** both of them had their moments.

IMO, D-Mo won't ever be anything more than a good positional defender, but if we do retain him, I hope I am wrong. As far as playmaking goes, he has shown flashes, but consistency is the key here. D-Mo has had only ONE good season. This simple fact seems to be getting lost among his fanatics. If he regains form and sustains it, then we can say that he is.

Simple. It doesn't fit their agenda. People like them always have some sort of agenda.
