Lol, alot of people didn't think Parsons would get maxxed out, myself included. Big men with DMo's skills are rare no way Morey lets him get away regardless of cost. Parsons type players are a dime a dozen.

I don't see him getting a max anytime soon, however I do feel like he is on a good path to receive a nice contract. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I think Rockets will be in a great position to make a serious run at Durant. And similar to meeting with Aldridge, if Durant reups in OKC or goes to Washington. I think they'll sign DMo to an offer sheet. Dallas is going after Durant first and foremost with about 10 other teams. Houston would certainly match anything on DMo, regardless of a Durant commitment or not. They'd shed 8 mil of that by dealing Ariza or Brewer for future picks/rookie scale talent.

I think we lose him after he has a good season, but we get something good in return. Win-win.

Didn't we trade DMO in the Lawson deal to Denver?

Agreed. For this reason I'm rooting hard for KJ McDaniels to make a leap this season. If he hits those corner threes with consistency, Houston will be able to feel comfortable moving on from Ariza, Brewer, or both.

I guess for the same reasons I should be rooting for Dekker...and Harrell...and Capela. If any combination of those guys prove starter material or more, Houston is going to be in a really good spot to get even better. Wow, it's hard not be excited about this season, and the next two after. I can't think of any other contender level team with so much young talent waiting in the wings.

Even rebounding it's more a toss up between him in Jones because Dmo makes so many smart tips on loose balls to teammates.

Motiejunas really wants to be here. That makes a huge difference. He will get paid anyway.

If we are in a position to where we have to choose between Terrence Jones And Donatas Motiejunas. This choice has to be Dmo. Don't forget how great he was when we were hauling Black and Dorsey out there as starters. A big that runs the floor, posts up, and make 3s will be hard for us to find again. The Rockets deserve a lot of credit for his growth, we basically molded him int. He gets to work with Hakeem for free at some practices. Even Lebron had to pay. lol

I'm all for letting Terrence walk if it means I'm losing D-Mo. Hopefully, there's a scenario where we keep them both. They both have unique skill-sets that make our rotation so versatile.

What's the 3? Blocks? That's pretty optimistic and highly unlikely. Surely you don't believe he's going to average 3 assists.

But if he has the timing, strength, athleticism, and minutes to get 3 blocks I don't see how he isn't pulling down more than 7 boards.

The 3 is a lot more likely to be assists.
