LOL you want your superstar to be more worried about how much other people are making rather than winning games?

Why the F should we care how Harden feels about it? He signed his contract as it was satisfactory to him at the time. I don't get the obsession with fans caring what a player makes.

FYI Jon Koncak signed a bigger contract than Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird. Should they have cried about it too?

It's silly to think most players shouldn't care. The average person is going to care if somebody that does less than them at their job gets paid more than they do. Just because he can't do anything about it doesn't mean he wouldn't care.

According to one of the Patterson's (can't rmbr if it was Ray or Steve), Hakeem did cry every time another player got a higher contract.

Some of you are missing the point. It is not entirely relevant whether or not Parsons gets paid more than Harden or how Harden actually feels about it. The relevant fact here is that Donatas Motiejunas thinks that Harden would not stand for Parsons getting paid more than Harden is itself interesting.

D-Mo was trying hard to support Harden, but failed miserably.

Sigh, when can people learn? DON'T talk about colleague's salary, it's NOT your money, and Nothing good will EVER come out of such talk.

Why is DMO in Harden pockets smh. Can we just get some ring hungry vets in here? It only seems like A couple of them cares about winning. Thankfully most are gone. Parsons, Lin and asik.

I dunno why everyone is questioning the validity of these quotes. Harden's role players comments essentially echoed the same sentiment.

WTF is wrong with these guys? Why are they talking about each other's salaries? This team has some awful chemistry.

Because Morey built the roster without considering the players' personalities and desires. As a result, the Rockets are not a team, they are a time bomb.

Ok, this is ridiculous. Unless you have an anomaly, like a Royce White, why should Darryl care about their personalities and desires? The player's job is to perform. They don't have to like each other, but play as a team. If their egos do indeed clash and create problems, that is not on the GM, but the coach and the TEAM. Morey's job is to go out there and try to get the best available players that fit ON THE COURT. As a GM, you would miss out on great players like the Rasheed Wallaces, Ron Artests, Rodmans, etc. You have to take the risk.

My dear Sir, that is Mr. Motiejunas's opinion. You are trying to make it sound
like it is a fact. You are missing the point.

The question is why would Motiejunas have such an opinion?

Then I suggest you should get some rest. It will be good for your health, honestly.
