its a travesty we didnt signed dmo, we wouldnt have lost to spurs in the playoffs
LMA had amazing luck not to have dmo play vs him twice in his career due to poor decisions of rockets coaching and management

I mean, even with DMo's MVP butt sweat we only took steph out. His butt sweat could have taken Klay or KD too. How selfish.

Few days ago D-mo got ankle injury, will be out 2-3 weeks.
His agent was asked about his client’s chances be back in NBA . They will try to pursue it , but only if he will be in demand. As of money , 6-7 mil yearly .

Why the need to salivate over DMO?

    Isiah Hartenstein's G League averages:

    24 3 pts
    17.3 rebs
    5.6 assists
    67% FG
    In 30 mpg

Not only is Harty's stats better he is also doing it in a tougher league.

Speaking of G League... The Iowa Wolves nearly McGrady'd the Austin Spurs tonight. Nearly blew a 25 point half time lead and a 12 point lead with 2 minutes left.

Looks like a 2-3 million year deal.

The tragedy was he almost never played a complete, good season.

Bump. D-Mo got the Player of the Week award in the CBL.

"Power forward Donatas Motiejunas put on an amazing game in the last round for Shandong GS and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 32. He had a double-double of 40 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed Xinjiang FT (#6, 21-10) with 17-point margin 126-109."

40 and 15 in the CBL is about like 25 and 10 here, not too shabby.

Wonder how he'd do as a P'n'R roll guy with Harden? Not that it'll ever happen, just interesting to imagine the fit because I don't see D-Mo fitting into this Rockets offense any other way.

And they didn't count how many times he boxed out for his teammates. :D

He would be used, at best, as a stretch 4 in the same manner as Ryno. Our offensive system has evolved and moved beyond what DMo can bring us (post ups and interior scoring).

D-Mo would and HAS done great as Harden's pick and roll partner.

    Wrong.

He would be used purely as a C in Mike D'Antoni's system.

I agree, perfect backup center who could probably stretch the floor as well.

And if you recall in D'antoni's first year here, he really wanted DMo back with the Rockets. But BJ Armstrong thought DMo didn't get his rights, and the rest is history
