    Well, 36.8%.

And he's taken 1.9 attempts per game from 3 this year... which is a career high.

He's made 49 of 133 for the season. By far the most he's taken. Last year he took 84 3's, the year before he took 83.

So this doesn't seem like a fluke. I've heard D-Mo has been working hard on his 3-point shot, and it looks like the work has been paying off.

HUGE improvement from D-Mo this year, both offensively and defensively.

Yeah, it's a bummer he's gone for the playoffs. He was definitely a difference-maker when TJones and Dwight Howard were injured.

It's a shame he won't be helping us in the playoffs

Our future big man rotation looks promising between TJones, DMo, and Capela. We've really missed DMo's production on offense since he went down.

I owe Plowman an apology. He said DMo would shoot 38%. I was very doubtful. So doubtful that 36.8% is close enough to admit that I was wrong.

Yeah, I think DMo, much like Harden, is a perfect manifestation of the analytical/Moreyball strategy. His shots are all post shots in the paint or corner 3's.

Him not being in the playoffs for us is such a huge blow.

2008-2009 in Lithuanian league D- Mo was shooting with amazing ~44% from downtown. The line was notably closer compared to NBA, but still everybody talked about his ability to knock down threes. That's where the hype of next Nowitzki came. Later his % went down and I have a theory it's due to building his body. I think when D-Mo will have his optimal body and will stop working very hard in the gym, he can even improve 37% shooting at least in some seasons.

prime example was yesterday. I don't think anyone on the hornets team could guard Dmo.

I wonder if guys like Dmo and Dwight ever see the Teeter HangUp commercials? They also make em for people well over 7ft. It's great inversion therapy to pull apart the spinal column, hip and knee joints after hard/brutal physical exertion... Scientifically proven to be beneficial.

Yep... Which is why lineup experimentation should be highly encouraged. Unless someone like capela seriously breaks out, we don't have much of a chance of winning it all. Fingers crossed!
