You seem to be ignoring his 50% free throw shooting and that they are -19 while he has been on the court (-13 first game, -6 the second).

The Pistons released the most information about it, they say it's a long term issue where his back would flare up. Best scenario he will be able to maintain it and miss little time like JJ Reddick or it will be like a TMac issue that flares up a lot.
Actually not, I watched both games when he was in on the DVR - the 2nd he was way in the + category until late in the 4th in garbage time when the other teams scrubs were hitting and New Orleans wasn't. I put zero credence to +/- though, to be honest as it is a team game and ebbs and flows happen, I am watching to see if we should have kept him - can he still move, and play, and so far it is a resounding yes. I think Tmac got back spasms, and scoliosis, and the lack of proper working out destroyed his knees. Way more than DMo.
Well so far is only 2 games Sam, if you notice I said I want to see where he is at 10-20 games.....I guess...RESOUNDING is too big a word for now.... So far he looks good.....better for you? The GARM says comments about former players even Tracy Murray. Dmo is still a relevent topic, but if the Mods want to lock it and force all talk into the Dish for sanity reasons of people who can't resist reading stuff they don't like, then that is certainly a good way of dealing with it. If by "way up" you mean +6 in the minutes he played in the second quarter, then you are correct. You don't give credence to his +/-, yet you give enough credence to his 2-2 3 pt shooting over two games to make a point to post about it rather than just say - "he is moving around well and looking pretty good during "real" minutes".
I wouldn't even say they are all "Real minutes" yet, in both 4th quarters they were either way up or way behind turning most of those into garbage time. I am just watching to see how he looks overall - and 2 games of 10-20 mins is not enough of a sample size to draw a total conclusion, but so far he looks a LOT better than I expected him to look with all that time off.
