    The posture alone is significant.

i watched about 20 minutes of that...he could not get though a full sentence without audibly snorting. he has been doing that the whole time, but its clearly getting worse.

also worth pointing out that fox news and republican butt-kissers spent 8 years going after obama for using teleprompters. fat boy uses them too and clearly has difficulty reading them. for someone who has been in public life for so long he really sucks at public speaking.

Maybe a neurological issue with his right arm — but not sure if this can be related to the apparent degeneration of his mental faculties.

Word on the street is that he is suffering from tertiary stage syphilitic neurological issues.

He likely has frontotemporal dementia. This is the least disqualifying thing about him.

The strange shoulder movements and odd shifting lean on the podium are not normal -- he definitely appears to be hiding a tremor when he drinks water. It's strange because he still takes big swings when he golfs and generally plays like a much younger man -- standing at a podium or other restrictive environments seems to exacerbate whatever is going on.

Not going to rail on a man's health condition. But the drinking water and not being able to close the umbrella always spark comedy for me that and not sharing the umbrella with Melania, who is right next to him.

Doesn't really matter if the **** is in the toilet or in the sewer. It's still ****.

Another trick @Carl Herrera thread - something that's already entirely degenerated can't be degenerating by definition.

He’s in his 70s, of course he has a component of dementia given his behavior

Nay, he just went a bit overboard with his right hand and is a bit weak the morning after.
