That's pretty anti green of u call him the worst player in the league.
Your Mobley Fandom is quite excessive.
It still too early for me 2 call green a bust or even predict his career, cause if ball overcame that sht of a hurdle to become the player he is today, anything is possible.

Season Is 2 early and having Mobley or not will still end up with us being a bottom cellar team. No point in giving up on green

The issue is it's meant to be a rebuild

But Theis Gordon Wood are getting the minutes.

House Nwaba are getting minutes over MartinJr

We are not trying to win at the moment. We are rebuilding. They hired Theis to show the youngsters how to be a pro. Nothing more. Wall is sitting for a reason. It really couldn't be more obvious. They guys are trying hard and competing they just can't get it done. It's better to lose all than be middle of the pack.

And? He's done a pretty good job so far. The Rockets had arguably the best 2021 draft.

Did you give up on the Astros rebuild this fast as well?

I don’t really want to blame him but I also don’t think he was qualified to be the GM to begin with. He was the cheap option after Tillman went scorched earth on the franchise.

It’s a shame you guys really think Jalen Green was a bad pick after 17 games

    Best Rockets going forward:
    Kevin Martin Jr
    Josh Chris
    Sengun

Jury is still out these guys:
    Jalen Green
Kpj - as a point guard
    Tate and his future
    Wood and his future
It doesn’t matter what happens to these guys:
    Gordan
    Wall
    Theis
    House

Stone has done a great job. When we traded Harden we saw this all happening. We cannot expect success to happen this quickly. Be patient guys and let this all play out. We are a year away from having a top notch young core with top draft picks and possibly a new coach

A lot of fans are impatient, uninformed, and judgemental. All of the successful teams today weren’t born from nowhere. They all had to go through miserable seasons and growing pains to get to where they are today. The Rockets are in complete rebuilding phase so they’re at the start of their journey with the Jalen Green era. The personnel isn’t there. The experience isn’t there. The chemistry isn’t there. Let’s wait and see what the end of this season brings. There’s already many positive things happening in green’s efficiency without KPJ, sengun’s play thus far, kj martin’s growth. Better team D. Let’s chill and enjoy them for what they are not what we unrealistically want them to be.

Why not? Him and his staff have laid the foundation for the future by gaining back draft picks which were lost and wasted away during the Morey years. He is rebuilding this team from the ground up which is no easy measure. Why judge him so pre maturely?

The moves are happening at a slower pace than we thought. Last trade deadline I expected much more movement, and all we did was basically give away Oladipo at the deadline. This offseason also went quite poor outside of the draft picks. I'm not especially enthusiastic by the upcoming trade deadline, though I'm hopeful Gordon will at least be gone. I am dreading House but think if he can't be traded that he'll be cut. Theis is probably not going anywhere, and same with Wood.

The thing is, this team needs a GM who is willing to be bold, and teams that have effectively turned the corner during a rebuild have done so by being bold, getting some luck with draft picks, and hitting on late rounders. Right now, we need a GM that can be bold and is willing to move pieces like Wood if the offers make sense and will help us towards turning the corner a year from now.

Who wants to pay Jarret Allen $100m when you are going to lose 60 games anyway.

Wasn’t the Wood deal planned before Morey left? I don’t think that necessarily was his move and he likely had input as part of Morey’s team.

Let’s not forget that someone offered Oladipo a 2 year extension at over $50mm. Idk if that was on stone or Fertitta but the fact that we just lucked out of that potential travesty is troubling

How do we know he hasn't fielded those offers ? Maybe he wasn't satisfied with the return ..... that option is still available.

I think the odds are quite high that Wood will be moved at this trade deadline or the next considering the likely cost to retain him beyond 2022.

It's not yet December 15 , half of the league is unable to be traded ..... You cats gotta slow your roll.

Dumbass take then and still a dumbass take now.
When u wanted to trade him, we made it to the conference finals the season right after and faltered when cp3 went down with a hammy. Who do u even trade him for? lottery picks?

Trading him when u wanted, we would have never reached conference finals.

Humor us, what moves could we have done to replicate a conference finals, trading harden when u wanted?

To humor u, the perfect scenario if we traded harden back when u wanted. best thing i think is we grabbed donic or some sht. That takes hindsight and the stars to line up though.

Ya thats a pretty dumb take considering the 2018 Rockets are a top 10-20 team of all time. Even though the kd/steph warriors are obviously the best team ever by a mile and you can argue that there was no point in trying since outside of injury they were unbeatable, you can't pass up a shot at one of the best teams ever.
