Interesting. Seems hard to believe. There are so many federal jobs that cannot done be remotely. Law enforcement, military, park rangers, airports, faa, port authority, customs and border type stuff etc etc etc.
Is it based in data? I certainly could see people being less productive at home. Definitely dependent on the type of work one does and what their home environment is like. I'm self-employed, but if I did work for a company, I could easily do my job from home just the same as in person, but my output is easier to measure than others.
