I stopped donating a long time ago when I realized the vast majority of my donation goes to highly overpaid administrators. But you know this is the case for most of the USAID funds. You are using this as a political piece. You don't give a flying **** anymore than I do.

 

Is that why you are not bothered (??) by DOGE's actions, which, as those links show, could lead to a resurgence of disease, hundreds of thousands of deaths, impact on millions of children, ... ?

 

No, I am not bothered because I am tried of self righteous hypocritical liberals trying to bully me and shame me for not lock stepping into their belief. I find this behavior sad and pathetic. Stop telling me I don't care for the environment, other people, other countries, ect... Especially when people like yourself want to send hundreds of billions of dollars to kill people you deemed unworthy of life.

It is not the job of the US government, and an extension of my taxes, to fund problems for the entire world. Instead, all the billionaires in the world who 'donate' to philanthropy and political parties should be the ones helping. And if they dont want to, that is on them. The bleeding heart liberals who pretend to care can spend their time fund raising instead of bickering on basketball forums. But we know the reality - they only care because they are told to care and think of themselves as sanctimonious if they can shame others for not thinking like them.

But at some point, if you’re still blaming others for how you feel, then you’re letting them control you.
