Does Yao look quicker?

    Yeah, Shaq is a blazer compared to those little CBA guards!

    Pau Gasol losed some weight last season and he regained a point of speed he did not have in previous years. Last year we saw again a Pau beating his defenders off the dribble, and he was the best Pau of last 2-3 years. The real Pau.

    In other words: to gain weight did not improve his game, but rather the opposite. Sometimes franchises wanna make perfect players and they worsen them by changing his game. Players improve some things but by the way others get worse. Then they come back to an intermediate body, and together with the experience gained, get their maximum performance.

    I think Albert might be surprised to see the athleticism of a lot of CBA players or And1 players or even some guys who play at the YMCA or a local playground.
