    i know nerve impulses travels pretty fast down the axon but damn yao's nerve impulses need to travel alittle bit longer than a normal human and thus making him slower on the reflex to catch a damn basketball...

    In the next experiment in China, they are going to try to grow ganglia in the fingertips of their basketball players to act as a second brain. Replicating what the dinosaurs had when their tails were so far from the brain that it was just impractical to expect realistic impulses to be sent down there in an appropriate time-frame to react to predators, or prey, etc. etc. We got dibs on Yao 3.0!

    (Note: Yao 2.0 is currently a disaster in New Jersey.)

    was it in that movie The Replacements that Gene Hackman put the sticky stuff on that guy's hands so he wouldn't drop the football? Well we should get whatever Gene had and put it on Yao's.
