Does workplace Diversity Result in a More Productive Firm? Yes OR NO

    this reminds me of great Chapplle skit, a game show called "do you know black people" i believe.

    The contestants were a korean grocery store owner, a white female cop from D.C., an older white male who taught african american studies (and was almost spot on of a professor I had once who taught a similar class) a kind of stereotypical black guy off the streets and a kind of stereotyped white guy who probably wasn't very familiar with black culture.

    Anyway, one of the questions was, do you know what a badonkadonk is. The white female cop said she knew from her interaction from patrolling d.c. neighborhoods and having black guys hit on her. (she had a big butt)

    Anyway, I know the post doesn't relate how funny it was just ironic to me that you would use that term in this thread.

    No. I have always worked in diverse workplaces but I have never heard anyone say something like "We've done a good job this year because we have a couple of black guys and a Hispanic."
