I was down with the trade for cap reasons up until signing David Johnson. That being said Fuller has been spectacular. He is no Hopkins. The offense minus rushing has been good.

I thought an early problem was Watson missimg Hopkins. He is developing a chemistry with Fuller.

I wish they spent D Hop's money else where but the offense is fine. It started off slowly but they are moving up and down the field at will (no pun intended).

the texan's are 2-6 and both wins coming vs Jax. One where they started a 6th round rookie. The offense is fine? They have 193 total points scored.

stop it. both sides of the ball are bad. Of course the defense being amongst the worse but saying the offense is better than that is nothing to be proud of.

David Johnson looks like a cut worthy back who is one of the highest paid backs in the league. Purely pathetic

Total they are at 24 a game which is only 21st but their last 3 they are 12th at 27 a game. The offense is improving. On Fuller he has two seasons with touchdowns in 6 straight games.

you realize playing from behind and getting garbage scores isn't indicative of truly how good your offense is right. stop looking at fantasy numbers. this isn't fantasy football

They haven't been playing from behind scoring garbage points every game

It doesn’t need to be every single game to make its point

The trade is a disaster no matter what...

I actually believe our entire receiving corps is better this year but we achieved that in a profoundly stupid way and to the detriment of the overall team (like giving so much money to Cobb or trading too much for Cook). Would have been nice to grab Christian Kirk and/or one of their top corners in the trade instead of Johnson.

Nope. The return was terrible. And, Fuller finally being healthy (jinx alert) doesn't negate that.

To me, Fuller could put up one of the greatest statistical seasons ever by a WR and it would still be just a wash. He could put up 2007 Randy Moss numbers and it wouldn't change the fact that we could have still kept Hopkins.

nope. All it means is that Fuller will probably just end up signing elsewhere for more money

Actually, this is his first season with TDs in 6 straight games. He had a stretch in 2017 with 7 TDs over 4 straight games.

With Fuller and Hopkins we had a strength to the team that other teams ALWAYS had to worry about. You can't defend both, the only way you can come after us is blitz, force Watson into a bad decision, exploit a bad oline, that's what teams did a lot of last season.

Also, we could have picked up David Johnson off the street.

No because most of his catches is when we're down big or it's in garbage time... I have him on my fantasy teams.. I know he's gonna get at least a garbage time TD every game...lol
