He’s a liability on both ends of the court yet makes $47 million three seasons from now. I don’t think anyone would take on this albatross contract and Tilman already gave up the entire cupboard of picks to get this zero.

The Rockets future is not looking good.

    John Wall.

Also, it's not bad now but Damian Lillard will be making over 50 million in his age 34 and 35 seasons.

It’s up there but WB is actually doing more harm than good. We just need him to rest this post season and we’d indefinitely go further.

Westbrook should learn from Leborn, just use drive or slam dunk. Please dont try any jump shooting especially in 4th quarter

    I’d say John Wall.

But if Westbrook continues this level of play we would probably better off with an injured 40 million dollar man rather than one healthy enough to have to play and hurt the team.

I think Westbrook is as close to an untradeable contract as you can get, currently. If things are added in to sweeten the pot (expiring contracts, draft picks, etc) then the trade becomes more about those than they do about the actual albatross contract).

Point is, if the Rockets were to put Westbrook (and only Westbrook) on the trading block, the first minute they're allowed to do so, I doubt you'd find a bevy of suitors lining up for him.

But you rather not play Westbrick than play him ATM...So John Wall is better.

Just six months ago we were praising him because he was playing out of his mind. When we watched him at OKC we knew this. He could win you games but could also lose you games. He always needs someone else to ride it out when he's not playing well. He has Harden and the game wouldn't have been close last night if not for James. If the team had better ball handlers not named James, they could probably do with Westbrook on the bench more.

Thread is not complete without Chris Paul contract. Don’t care that it only has two years left. Over $80M in obligations over that span.

Russ is far from untradeable; however, if you’re looking to trade him - that means the wheels on the bus fell off - and they haven’t.

I’m guessing most clutch fans posters never saw the Houston Rockets vs Phoenix Suns series in which choke/clutch city was born. Much like in that series, the rockets have the ability to dominate their opponents when they are in sync.
Last nights loss was expected. The way the rockets roared back from a 20+ point deficit brought me confidence. The Lakers were supposed to punch back and this won’t be any easy series, but when they do their thing - this rockets team can spank these lakers.

His turn overs are the worst ive ever seen anyone commit. If he worked on that alone id be happier.

Also he just cant drive in a game with lebron... lebron blocks him every time.... lebron knows exactly how to play against him.

i would say just get rebounds and kick it back to harden as safely(no turn over) as possible...

Wouldn't be so bad if MDA wasn't afraid to bench him.

The Rockets future does not look good, with or without Westbrook.

The Rockets future is plain and simply put - f*Cked - as long as Tilman is owning this team.

When we trade Westbrook for the last 2 years and 104 million on Lillard's deal you will be vindicated!

Agree with this. It's a 2 or 3 year window until a Tilman caused long stretch of futility begins.

Rockets trade for Chris Paul, Lou Wil and Harrell win back-to-back 6th man awards. Rockets trade for Westbrook, CP3 leads a bunch of nobodies to the 5th seed. I would hate to see what Westbrook does after he gets traded away.

CP3 had a bad deal based on how he played his last year in Houston plus his age and how he usually missed 20 games per year most of his career. We traded that plus picks for a worst contract for a player that had a larger dealer for a year longer. I would have rather traded CP3 for shooters to surround Harden. We keep surrounding Harden with bad shooters and we get chucking up 50 threes a game and when they don't go in we have no plan b game to game. I just don't get it.
