Coaching responsible for players to be committed and dedicated. McHale style is to allow certain player to not be committed and dedicated.

No. The refs destroyed us and Portland made a lot of contested shots. If we played 100 games against Portland we'd probably win 60-70 against them. It was just bad luck is all.

    Yes

    Year 1 -- with Howard.

    Young roster; and weaker bench.

    And, yes, also the coaching.

It wasn't luck that the Blazers won. Maybe some of the ref calls and bounces went their way; but it wasn't luck that we gave the Blazers the opportunity to hang around like that.

Or maybe 0.9 seconds will be the kick in the seat of the pants this team needed to decide to be better.

Plus thats the num 1 best play of the week edging out Paul Pierces block on Lowry so 2 Rocket loses back to back.

All there is to say is: Execution on both ends in the last 2-5 minutes

Luck is the worst excuse after 8,9 years of Morey and 3 years of McHale

The Rockets needs a good CEO
Morey is a good GM, but his master is "technology" like a CTO

No. It just shows me beating the Spurs was always going to be tougher than in the regular season.

You know what caused bad luck? Kevin McHale is bad luck. He doesn't know how to coach the defense and offense. He needs to go so we won't have bad luck anymore.

Exactly, to sum it up: His horrid coaching on offense and defense is what put Portland in the position to be able to make those shots and plays that wind the game down late. This team on paper, beats the Blazers 4-1.

To connect what others have said with the title, it only makes the decision to bring back McHale more painful.
