Why? Jazz games are the only thing people in Utah have to look forward to, besides the return of Jesus Christ and the building of the new Zion here in America.

We have been through this time and time again. It happens everywhere you go. The rowdiest atmosphere in Houston on any given game is gonna be a Texans game but if you go to the club level you have all those up tight douchbags. If you sit in the club levels at MMP and Toyota it's the same thing. Look I remember in 2005 going to Astro games where the crowd sucked and people were yelling at my friends and I to sit down but then come playoff time the place was rowdy.

I am pretty sure the TC will be the same. Also look at teams from last year's final, Miami and Dallas. Both cities have terrible fans who jump on and off bandwagons but as of right you would think they are "great fans"

I hate rock bands that are too loud during concerts.

Can't we all just sit down peacefully, clap, and say bravo or encore? What happened to those good ol' days?

I'd like to meet those kind of people at the TC to show them the anger that you're talking about. :) So far, I've been lucky. heheheh.

Our corporate cats are flat out horrible and out of touch. Dallas creams Htown when it comes to b-ball arena. We are still attracting the fat cats who are out of touch with the times.

A very good friend of mine gives my wife and I tickets all the time and the last Dallas game was ruled by Maverick fans. Our turds just sit there and never get up for anything, led by Les.

Cuban's attitude is infectious and Les has zero. I wish he would uncross his legs to appear interested.

Basketball game to Les, please check in.

our fan base sux compared to the glory days....i have been to games in both eras 92-97 and present and the games at the summit were much louder...i have wondered to myself if those white pannels in the rafters are sound deadeners for concerts.....regardless the people dont seem to get into it like they used to.....come on houston we have a great team why are we not more behind it?

There are more Mavs fans in Houston than there are Rockets fans in Dallas.

That would make sense... You see, Dallas fans are, by nature, parasites... leeches... They abandon the decaying, rotten environment and move to more more vibrant, healthy areas. Once there, they continue to suck... and suck... and consume... and suck some more. They contribute nothing; only suck. And when they're done, they move on.

What about the other fools... the ones who coach the team from their seat that think they know much more than VAN GUNDY?

I personally hate those that go there to boo or do negative things to discourage or bring pessimism to our team. Hey, buddy, you paid to see your team win, didn't you? Why are you criticizing their freethrows??? How about cheer them instead? :(

I have to disagree with you. The best atmosphere is clearly the Dynamo. Nothing compares to it, not even college football. I'm a member of El Batallon and we jump up and down and sing the whole 90 minutes. even before the game and sometimes into halftime. I went to sit down w/ the rowdies on saturday and was dissapointed.

I mean i understand we were getting it handed to us but some rowdies started saying we suck and booing and wanting to leave early. Plus all they do is stand and yell defense.(please dont bash, im just stating the truth) instead of a lot of people w/ those puny drums why not get one big one and go at a specific beat instead whatever the hell you feel like doing beat. Make chants, songs( little ones w/ 2 stanzas that are catchy). Jump up and down a little and sing the whole time. Maybe it was the game but since im part of El Batallon the rowdies were nothing like they were made out to be. WE need more, heck if you want me to go and show you guys how to do it, talk to one of the old guys who are too tired to yell and scream b/c they had a hard and long day at work and let me go and show you. i understand the little music they play can throw you off but the rowdies need more energy and a whole lot more organization.

That is not true at all, I haved lived in Houston all my life and until the last 2-3 years have never seen a Mavs fan. Well I saw a few at UH (here at school from dallas but never saw one at a game and never saw any walking aound the street)

If it seems like there were plenty of Mavs fans at the last dallas game it's because they are hot so anyone from dallas living in Houston has jumped on the bandwagon and others have make the trip down here to go.

I only go to dallas 1 or 2 times a year (watch the astros and either one rockets or texans game) and every time we have ans there as well. I also went out with a girl who's dad lived up there and in two days I saw folks wearing rockets gear at the mall and out at a bar. Like I said I never see any Mavs gear in Houston.

Well I agree that the Dynamo atmosphere is great but I was talking about the big three (mlb, nba, nfl) so your right but I was not including them.
