Does Tmac play better when he defends the other teams best player

    It depends on who is the other side best player. I don't think TMac can guard Shaq or Dwight Howard or Tim Duncan or KG.

    I remember a couple of games last year when in late game situations Tmac guarded the hot guy/ the opponent's best player. On top of my head I can recall that block on Jason Richardson last year-and I mean he locked him down and just swatted his shot into the bench. This year he had a moment like that too, getting the offensive foul call from Gerald Wallace in the Bobcats game. So basically, I'm just padding on too what everyone else is saying here-Tmac can be the new Clyde and more when he decides he wants too.

    not quite correct.

    while its not clamp down vice grip defense, its on no way "matador D" against Kobe.
