Does this team sound like the current Rockets team?

    I think Nelson is a great coach, but he can kill the mood of certain teams.

    The Knicks team was built for toughness, not just on defense, but offense as well.


    Ewing game is sort of similar to Yao's, even though he is great shooting big man, you are limiting his opportunities and efficiency by taking him out of the post for too much.

    He try to make a fancy team out of Oakley, Mason, Starks, and Davis. That team was meant to play ugly and that same ugly style got them to past the Bulls and even almost got a championship for them.

    Tough defense, strong post game, great rebounding, and above average shooting was the key. That's it. Offense matter, but when you have a great defense you don't have to run up in down the court for 48 minutes.

    You don't turn teams like that into the GS Warriors or the Suns. Because, most of the teams Nelson was used to coaching never had a dominate big man like a Ewing and big, brutal front court with Mason and Oakley.
