Does the Universe have a limit?

Wow, you just start to wonder about it?

 

how does that mandelbrot set come into play in the universe?

 

Some poster compared the Universe to the coast of Britain. Then compred the coast of Britain to the m. set. I think what he mean was, just because they look to have limits, (i.e. the coast of Britain having a set circumference), they are not finite. Something like that. Fascinating mandelbrot set.

Now my head is starting to heart....
