Does the season come down to one week?

Even with the streak at 15 and counting does the entire season come down to the week of March 16th?

16th-- Lakers
18th-- Boston
19th-- @ New Orleans
21st-- @ Golden state
22nd-- @ Suns

This week scares the crap out of me! With one bad week the Rockets could be looking up at 8th place.
