Honestly, let's just have him come off the bench and be instant offense instead of deferring to the established stars.

Getting Chris Paul, Pablo Prigioni, or Matt Maloney would resolve this issue...

He didn't check back in because his defense was dogwater in the first half. Ime did the same to Jalen, Jabari, and Sengun in his first year coaching. If you don't D-up you will not play.

Maybe it does. How many people here though are happy to be wrong when they are wrong?? I for one wish I was wrong far more often. Like please... prove me wrong on things as inconsequential as Reed Sheppard being taken too high in the draft, to the consequential things talked about elsewhere.

In 2025, unfortunately the pessimists who see the risks, and the bad intentions in everything are right waaaayyy too often. Reed proving me wrong would be a small thing but it would maybe be a small sign that the universe isn't completely fcked.

Don’t people think Jalen Johnson is a GOOD defender?

Uhhh..might be extreme but…need that energy Reed!! You get “days off” in the offseason. I knew it would be trouble when I saw the Rockets social media post with the team and Reed was pounding a coffee in the middle of the day. Not sure what R33d got into overnight in SLC (maybe a late night sorority raid on the BYU campus for some intense handholding), but cut it out!!!
