I ate two bowls of cereal this morning and within an hour I started farting like a mule and it's really bad, like every 5 minutes I gotta rip one. Not kidding, it gets very annoying. And it's not just today. There's been other days when I will have a glass of milk with bread in the morning and I will fart for the rest of the day.

Lactose intolerance, probably. The beginning stages at least.

    You have to test it.

Tomorrow morning, have a big bowl of beans followed by a big glass of cold milk. This is how you can know if you're lactose intolerant. Trust me.

Does the same happen to you after four bowls of cereal, instead of two? :)

If you are Asian, it's pretty likely that you are lactose intolerant.

Haha, I'm not sure...the symptoms are there sometimes , but I can't really trace it to milk or anything, never paid much attention. So I don't know which half came through there.

Looking at the map above, there seems to be a 50 % chance then...

Here's a question. When I drink plain milk nothing happens to my stomach. However if I drink chocolate milk, I almost always get stomach discomfort followed by runny poop. Is chocolate milk somehow different from regular milk?

Happens to me, too. Mexican here. :(

I don't care. I tear Pizza up like a mother trucker.

Experiment with Pizza, Quesadillas, cheese sticks, etc.

Then, experiment with a full glass of milk. Time yourself. It's not "lactose intolerance", it's just a production of gas without lactic products.

Then, try "Lactaid" or "Lactase."

I'm Asian. Thank God I'm not lactose intolerant though. I'd go crazy without milk.
