    Ehhh, not sure about that. Trusting a small kitchen in a trailer that does 4 things well versus a large kitchen that tries to do 35 things well?

    And lets be honest: steaming/boiling live lobsters is not difficult or space/time consuming. It's about the "everything else", including the bread, which is a make-or-break for most sammiches.
