Yao is an idiot. WHY would he make those comments knowing that Ron Artest is a psychopath and would view it as a huge sign of disrespect? Yao is a passive aggressive little b****, and if his attitude was more like Ron-Ron's we'd have a much better team.

    太长了没法看,但我相信他和姚明共处没问题的。因为大家都为一个目标奋斗。

The media will be trying their best to drive a wedge into this team all season.

Don't let 'em do it Ron!

Wrong! This means how much Artest wants Yao's respect! He will do everything he can on the court to earn Yao's respect.

It's rather glaringly obvious that the interviewer was trying as hard as possible to stir up controversy over Yao's comments, and it's actually encouraging to see that Artest was not interested in it ... he's just giddy about the opportunity to play for a championship contender.

This is all probably Fran's fault like durvasa said. Some people just can't help being tools.

Adelman needs to warn Ron Ron of the dangers of media. They will be looking to destroy us from the inside.

Wow there's really something wrong with that dude...

Some Prozac might really help him. Maybe they should slip it into his food or something.

You don't understand RonRon, Yao was raised to believe in propagandas.

Screw Yao, did you guys read about how he already wants an extension and still wouldn't elaborate when asked again. This scares me. If true, he's already rubbing me wrong.

Exactly. Yao never said or even hinted that he didn't want Artest to come. The reporter tried really hard to make something out of nothing.

...It really seems like the media is trying to create a rift between Yao and Artest. Purposefully, even. That really disappoints me.

Yao was just being Yao-- he's rarely super enthusiastic about anything but winning. He was being a realist and now the media is acting like he doesn't want Artest here. Yao is just being cautious and that's it-- I don't know why they keep emphasizing "YO ARTEST WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT YAO" and Artest can't say anything but "IF HE DON'T WANT ME HE DON'T WANT ME MANG."

I mean come on. I doubt they're going to butt heads and Yao is way too diplomatic to get involved with things like this.

I like how he said he'd be willing to play any role - including 6th man - and that he understand it's Yao and Tracy's team, and if they say jump off a building, he's jumping off the building. (but I ask you, who else but Ron Artest would take 'if they say jump, i say how high?' and turn it into "if they say to jump off a building, i'll jump off a building"?)
