Does Griffin's Suspension affect the Deadline for Extension?

    About those 3 draft picks: Nobody knows if we would have got the Number 1 pick in last year's draft had we kept those 3 picks. 4 #1 picks for Yao, I'd do that.

    I meant that you would leave him suspended if he never got out of the hospital and rejoined the team. If he gets his life in order and comes back to the team, then you reactivate him and he can contribute. I viewed that as a better scenario than him going to the looney bin and remaining suspended.
