Does driving a BMW automatically make you a douche?

Yes I am jealous, he has my dream car. Yet even if I had the money I probably wouldn't get it, I'm too cheap to spend big money on a car.

I think the people that call BMW drivers douches are the type of people that:

1) Look at cars as just a way to get from point A to point B.

or

2) Cant afford it, so they have to hate instead.

 

Honestly, it sounds like the people you hang with have issues if they give two s**ts what kind of car you drive. My friends could drive Ferraris and Lambos, and I'm not gonna treat them any differently than I do now. Who gives a rat's *** what people drive?? It's about what car makes you happy.

Yeah, I'm not really "impressed" by someone with a BMW.. especially one of those 3 series. It seems like everyone and their mom has that car.. on lease, of course.

And if someone is bringing out their keys and mentioning their car in every conversation, they are a douche regardless of what car they drive.

 

Well, when you make a blanket statement such as "Mercedes > BMW" without any other comments...doesnt seem like you're just talking about status and luxury.

LOL, just because you DRIVE a certain car doesn't mean you can AFFORD it. Not in today's world. I think it's douche to finance a car you can't afford just so you can feel better about having a small penis. Even worse to LEASE it IMO.

When did I ever say people who drive certain cars CAN afford it?

Im saying, people who call "Johnny" a douche because he drives (insert car)...they probably cant afford said car. Otherwise, there is no reason to call someone a douche because of the car they are driving.
