Does Craig Ackerman Need to Tone it Down?

I think he has already toned it down considerably from last season. I think he's doing a good job.

He has been great on Tv. Sometimes he drives me nuts on the radio because he loses his mind before the ball even goes in the basket so he has me on a roller coaster of emotions like...

Tone it down for what? I actually love Craig, like i love having both him and Bill calling games, i think it's a good idea. Just give me back JPS as announcer and everything would be perfect for me.

 

I think Craig does a great job, I honestly enjoy listening to him more than Bill.

Craig needs to take over as the voice of home games. He was great when all I use to have was Rockets on the radio. Now with lots of sites to watch free feeds that is no longer required, but I sure miss him calling games. Von Wafer for 3. Yes.

P.S. I never seem to find feeds with him calling away games for some reason this year.

Honestly feel the best days were back when Calvin and Bill were actually commentating the games. They were perfect for the rockets. Not overly dramatic but hyped when the time came, and gave good input and coverage.

 

That whole “spluuashhh” thing is so cringeworthy. Dude tries too hard.
