But would things really change? If Cal were an owner who would do ANYTHING to win, yes. He would totally clean house after an 0-16 season.

But like others have said here, I don't think that's who Cal is. He's the type that would double down after an 0-16 season. He would think that his philosophy was working.....just not fast enough.

Yes he cares about winning but he thinks that somehow a team all focuses and devoted to God and Jesus Christ will also win games. It's very stupid.

    It has the makings of
"I got into a hit and run after the club now I must make right by ...I know... creating the NFL's first All- Christian team with the help of easterby"
So far Nick has done everything I wanted a capable GM to do, with the exception of keeping around easterby and bob's Johnson . Other than that Nick's been making cap space like an arm chair gm.
They could sell it better to Deshaun if easterby wasn't around. What if Nick is able to get Malcolm Brown from the saints or Galloday.

I think he would like to win, but not at any cost. When a situation or decision is presented to him, I do not believe the first thing he asks is "how will this affect our chances of winning a Super Bowl?" I think he probably asks about 4-5 other questions before he gets to that one. Therefore, I voted "No" because I don't think it's really a priority. The sad part is that he probably doesn't even realize it.

Cal McNair won when he was born. I'm not sure he understands the concept of losing the way we do.

Cal cares about winning like I care about peace in the Middle East.

Both of us want it but have no damn clue how to achieve it.

Oh no....? Cal has set off plenty of bombs, trying to achieve it already.

Oh just cling tightly to your religion and I'm sure it'll work out in another few hundred years.

Cal and Jack wouldn’t interview Salah because he is a Muslim. That shows you how f***d up this team is being managed.

It bothers me too that they didn't interview Saleh, but do we know it's because he's Muslim?

They didn't interview Bienemy either....by the time Caserio was here, and they had a chance to interview both, Saleh was already expected to take the Jets job.
