Yes you can blame the person for not reading the post. If you're not going to take the time to research how your money is spent... well than you get what you deserve.

As long as it's not illegal, do it.

Can you make your fantasy pick please. Youre holding everyone up.

Here is just one link to the scam. Apparently they made 600 million before being caught. It was pure genious, and it was legal, but that does it make it right. And the law agreed. It was fraud and misrepresentation. There's your problem.

Instead of that disclaimer, why don't you just put "This auction is for a list of contact information, not any actual product." in big red letters at the top. It seems a little more forthright that way.

Although being totally legal, I think doing what you're doing is incredibly disingenuous. Yes, it's their fault for bidding on a list, but it's definitely not an honest way to earn a quick buck. If it doesn't bother your conscience, then go ahead and do it...

You're definitely building a nice resume to becoming a Used Car Salesman.

Hey. I was a used car salesman for a day, and I would never do what robbie is doing. :)

I saw what you have, what I am saying is to put it in big red letters at the top. The first line, instead of never pay retail prices again, should be that you are selling a list of contact information, not an actual product. For those who are looking for a list of contact information this will show them they are in the right place, meanwhile it doesn't try to trick the unsuspecting consumers. JMHO.
