It could pan out this way, but you have to remember this is his sixth year. I don't really see how two-three more years will really change much. Of course, I could be wrong, and I hope I am. Hopefully it's just a matter of him understanding his role on the team and learning how to defer the ball. If he can do that and focus more on defense and cutting to the basket then I think he will work out fine in a Rockets uniform.

It has nothing to do with how long you have been here. If you haven't stood out enough(in a good way) to be noticed for upgrading to member, then you obviously dont deserve to start threads yet.
