Can't find any "official" Brooks appreciation thread. So let me just hijack a little and say that Brooks has been playing great filling in as the backup PG. I was worrying about his shot in the preseason. I thought he lost it and would never be the scorer he once was. But I was wrong. And he seems to be content with his role now.
I could see brooks making Lin expendable.. If brooks continues his solid play, and Bev comes back the way he was prior to injury, it might allow morey to trade Lin and Asik for a solid piece. Or Bev or brooks and Asik for a solid piece. All of our PGs are playing so well. Even after one gets traded, we will still have 3 PGs.
I see Aaron Brooks sweat on a regular basis during games. There is nothing more satisfying than watching your PG dribble up the court with sweat glistening off his chiseled frame.
Probably the plan all along with the $$$$ that Lin makes - if you can get the same production out of Brooks and Bev as you would out of Lin and Bev -then why pay all that extra $$$? Seems you could trade Lin and get some future considerations. DD

Why would you even make a post like this? Are you serious? It's hard for me to comprehend that you could actually believe what you posted. I bet you think AB could start for 25 NBA teams like Bull said right. I'm happy Brooks is here and he played pretty good but he isn't close to Lin's level of play.
As far as Brooks sweating. I used to play ball with a guy that would never sweat. He would play good and run hard but never sweat. This was in the gym but everyone else was sweating. I asked him about it and he said he had always been that way and he never looked overheated at all.
