    You're kidding right? You don't care that Obama is tacitly supporting a clear violation of the bill of rights? That Obama is providing big business with a get-out-of-jail-free card not just for past offenses, but forever in the future provided the president simply says "it's for our national security, trust me".

    Frankly, that sounds like a Bush policy.

    ^if we weren't so pussified as a result of right wing fear-mongering then i'd agree. the future is looooooong, he's being politically expedient IMO. he is, after all, a politician.

    i don't like it either but he is going to do things that you and i disagree with, often. he is not gandhi, no messiah, he is a flawed human being like the rest of us. he's trying to beat old silly cracker's brains in and he's taking no chances.

    I'm fine with him doing things I disagree with, but I am NOT fine with him doing things that run counter to his sworn oath to defend the constitution. F that.
