People need to stop hating on Doc for the insights he shares, there is no way what he says can be true all the time. That being said, there is no reason for him to use his cryptic bull**** in that case.

You know what else is overblown? Piling on Doc and bashing him (or ANY other insider).

I don't understand the mentality of people like this. Is your goal to insure that no insiders post here anymore? Its people like you who bring this site down in more ways than one.

For gods sake just STFU already.

Who the hell are you to say whether he is or not?

I'll listen to Clutch. He's already vouched for Doc. God you people are insufferable.

Doc can't control what people actually do. All he can tell us is where the Rockets interest lies, and what interest he has heard of in return.

If (for example) Love is interested in coming to Houston, that does not mean he will actually end up in Houston.
And if (for example) the Rockets had a trade on the table to send Lin to Philly, that does not mean the trade will actually happen - there are a host of factors which could mean it doesn't.

All he can tell us is what he has heard of, not what will definitely happen. He is Doc, not God.

How many reports turn into reality? A few days ago, hundreds of reports/tweets from legit media said Melo to Chicago was more or less done. Now, there are hundreds of reports/tweets from these same people that Melo staying is all but done. half of those has to be wrong.

If you dislike stuff that generally don't come true, you should get off the internet.

One thing: I might know a couple nice people, but the odds of being right R much better w/what CyberX says, than anything I say. He pretty much said himself that he knows some people, but CyberX has better access.

    And?

Being honest and claiming another source is better doesn't make him a suck as a source...which is what these Doc haters (cause that's what they really are) are doing.

Doc hating BRINGS THIS PLACE DOWN. There is no reason for it. I'm gonna stop now, because all I'm doing is adding to the stupidity arguing with folks who WILL NEVER GET IT.

LOL, it means you need to be objective and take what he says on face value. Don't treat it like it's life or death. It's interesting to try to decode his messages, but to think that everything he says will come true is madness. That same goes for CyberX.

Looking more and more like Melo will return to NY. Doc has tweeted that CA will not be a rocket for a while. But he still says something is up. Whether it's Love, Rondo or both. He still thinks it might be too late even for that

It goes along with all the other stuff heard. Which is that before the Rockets made the pitch, they already felt it was a long shot. They didn't expect Melo to give the Rockets serious consideration. However, Melo seemingly was more receptive than they originally planned, so now they don't know whether they're in it or not.

The Love thing seems to be fairly plausible assuming the Rockets cough up the necessary, and by necessary probably Parsons agreeing to S&T there, to make it work.

Won't lie. If the Rockets traded Lin and used the capspace on Deng and Hawes, I'd have been disappointed with the team.

Would've prefered they give Lowry a gigantic contract over Deng and Hawes.
