then Dr Clanton goes on to remind people that " he did Push it". yeah. that's really reassuring. why would he need to explain that to the fans? damage control baby. just like the same comments from the owner that said "tracy is a superstar and we don't trade superstars"
The truth is out there. The haters just don't want to acknowledge it, and think simply stating their (misinformed) takes on the situations over and over again will validate themselves. It doesn't. Oh well, it's their problem... not mine.
Obviously, the team doctor is stepping up to take some of the heat off of Tracy. But please do not overlook the "Strengthened the knee a bit more" part, it is the key bit of info. You nailed it. DD
its clear that T-mac played too early, and he didn't rehab. 1+1 means we have a completely damaged t-mac on our hands. At the end of the day its happened and whether its his fault or the doctors fault is probably 50 50
It's truly amazing how all of you guys can hear a dozen different stories and immediately know EXACTLY what the REAL situation is! You guys should get to work on fixing the economy, pronto.
If I remember correctly, didn't the doctors say T-Mac couldn't do any damage and just needed to strengthen the knee.
This is everyone's fault.... From the organization to T-Mac... T-Mac - Handled this situation completely wrong from the stand point of re-hab to the media. Coach Adelman - Instead of taking a more direct role with this entire scenario, he decided to sit back which only aided in fueling the fire. The Organization - Unfortunately they only see one thing Money, so getting T-Mac on the floor (with the so call Big 3 means money) and as it's been stated many times on this site; they should have shut T-Mac down early and made him rehab until he was fully ready. The Fans - Jumped on every spin that was put out by tv, radio, newspaper and etc... Unforunately we will never really know the whole entire truth; only bits and pieces here and there. Even with great insders they are still hearing a partial side of what's going on. Remember there are 3 sides to a story. Side (A), Side (B) and the TRUTH....

I thought the offseason surgery was just to clean up a few things in the knee, I was actually more conserned about his shoulder surgery. We may need a new medical staff.

this is just DAMAGE CONTROL! Do you know how many doctors and second opinions said the same thing before McGrady finally found one that said 'maybe you need surgery?' Come on! I hate when Houston Sports Franchises treat us like we are idiots.
