Team blue
Kenny Smith
PG

By the way, I found that power forward too (if we're talking about the same player). However, Kenny also had some very good numbers in his best season, and team blue already has two premier power forwards. I'd rather have two good PG's and two good PF's than 3 good PF's and one good PG.

How strict are the rules about position? I have a sleeper candidate for a position that he filled in for from time to time.

Also, is there a link about fantasy criteria and stat weighting that will be used in this scenario?

Mango,

I don't know. What do you think?

I think it should be his primary starter role for some season or at least part of the season. Not something like: he started PF but would play Center some of the game.

remember, you can place him at one position and The Cat can still pick best year regardless of position that year.

mfclark--OK....good pick that's what granville found, but I am going to try to verify the PF position, even though it looks correct.

yeah, just edit your post for the Red Team.

sorry for the temporary void, but it should help others learn. I'm going to a movie later, so I'd hate for the whole draft order to get out of wack while away. If it does get out of wack, it effects the selection due to filling the team positions properly....right?

So, while I'm away this evening, if it gets out of wack, I'll probably void all picks from the point of mistake, and restart there. Right? Only way to do it?

We have one rainy and wet weekend. No hurry, right?

Also, for those who want to watch this history game while I'm away....just void when there's a mistake....no need to wait for me to do it.

Go BLUE,

I think the tide has turned with SixthMan's solid, yet not quit Fantasy-like, pick. Blue can now go for the juggler and do a PG Squeeze Play on Red.

This could be a game-swinger type pick, set up by The Cat, and the Red team's fascination with the wingmen.

OH NO!!!

And the Steve Francis fanatic failed to execute the PG squeeze play by placing Cuttino Mobley at PG instead placing him at the easy to fill wingmen positions.

The Red Team can now recover and ice the PG position in their favor!

Round 8 Blue to pick then Red

I'm going into crispeeAway mode. Continue without me. Watch out for out of order picks. Just void them and continue unless the mistake if fixed.

So, could The Cat have initiated a PF Squeeze play rather than gone for Kenny Smith.....hmmmmmmm

I think Francis and Smith (+ whoever else is taken at PG) will be more than capable of maning the postion...

What year was the Shark considered a PG?

How about John Block at the 5 for Team Red (8th Round).

Strategy:
If Newlin counts as a PG for Blue (very questionable), then their roster is full at that position. Pick to block them at the 4 and then follow with the best available swing/wing and fill the PG at the end.

The Shark should count as a Wing for Team Blue.

Hottoddie,
I believe we're currently at Round 9 for the Red Team...not Round 8 Blue...
