He's still got some game, but that'd just take away playing time from Budinger and Morris and there's no point for our team in its current situation.

I dont mind mcgrady on this team for the vet minimum. Although, I do think if he is offered such a contract from the rockets I believe he should start. Why? Easy, we already have a scoring presence in martin. Morris can learn alot from tmac playing behind him. Im not saying mxgrady will get all the minutes because he won't, but he can teach the youngster some moves.

    G-Paul/Dragic/Flynn
    G-Martin/Budinger
    F-Mcgrady/Morris
    F-Scola/Patterson
    C-Jordan/Hayes/Motiejunas
Sorry folks but I believe the rockets will trade Lowry,Lee,Thabeet,Williams,& Hill for a key piece.

The only good thing about bringing back T-Slack is that he'd cost us some victories and help our chances in the lottery.

Please no more old ex Rockets. It failed with Mike James (who?) and Franchise.

The past is the past, let's build on something new and younger. Unless like Raven said, we're aiming for the lottery.

Second round > anything McGrady has ever done for us.

PLus Mcgrady is a diva that quit on the team, don't remember Yao ever doing that.

I'm in two minds on this. On the one hand, I have the old love of Tmac's glory days sayin "hell yes, for the vet min he could fill our need at the 3 until we get a better option" (sorry but I still think a healthy-ish Tmac is better than Bud, and Morris is unproven.) On the other hand I'm thinking "eeeeerrrm, drama, injuries, ego" so I couldn't say yes or no to this question. I wouldn't aggressively target him, but if there was no better option I wouldn't say no.

I would really hate to cheer against a Rockets player. If he comes back, which we all know Morey would rather lick a dog's ass than sign him back, then I'm afraid he'd be boo'd by a large sum or Rockets fans including Jontro.

I wouldn't mind T-Mac the player but truth is we are stacked at the positions he would play. I would rather we save the money.

I have one reason to say yes. If he will trade K-Mart and a lot of our talent for a superstar, he will fit in and I'm for it.

But I don't believe that we could make a trade for superstar, so no.

And if this delusional trade for superstar could happen, I will be glad to see Shane on this team too. He deserve to play for this team when we can be really good, but Morey ($%@%#№%№} and ^$%$#&^%$)... so, it is a pipe dream to see Shane as retired Rocket player

    Lets see...best case scenario...

Takes playing time from young players just so we can become 1st round fodder.

This is the wrong type of team for McGrady and there is no was Les/Morey are bringing him back after his stint here.

    Not just no but...

No. Its best to let go.

I want my ex-girlfriend back, but I know the best thing to do is let go.

    Same story here.

He'll never be 04 T-Mac again, else, he wouldn't be so eager to join the Lakers. All he'd do is take minutes away from the young talent.
