Do you think Silas is the right guy for this rebuild?

    He is the right guy to give us the best chance at Wemby before our picks go to OKC.

    Honestly . . . This is his make or break year
    He REALLY has to show us that there is a system that can work and it CAN in place

    I think he needs at minimum a 10 game improvement. No more 20-something win seasons

    That's not a "maybe". However, I look at it more as the organization decided to rebuild instead of retool after the Harden trade so they focused on higher draft picks.

    Silas has clearly been a great coach for what the org was trying to do. Decent chance he is more of a Brett Brown type of coach.

    According to sources close to the situation, Silas coached the second unit and Abdelfattah coached the first unit. Abdelfattah was so embarrassed that he threw something at Silas, walked out of the gym at half time and drove home. Silas decided to suspend Abdelfattah for the next scrimmage.

    He drove home in a huff and then realized it's like a 14 hour drive from McNeese to McAllen. Now he's embarrassed even more and eating pecans at a buc ees
