No GM is dumb enough to trade WALL if they draft him

No one would trade Wall, but maybe we could Ellis, not that we'd need him though.

Right. And why does everyone want to keep trading and shifting players?

Franchises that win year after year are always the ones where the core players have been together for ages. IMO that's why they keep winning. Our Rox need to just chill and let our young assets learn together ... I'm not against adding a player like Bosh but there's no need to continue slashing our roster down only to try and rebuild it.

LOL at those that thinks of trading Brooks for Wall.
1- They both share the same position.
2- Team laden with backcourt talents will want to trade Wall away for a PG?

Speaking of which. Jazz drafting Wall. What a scary thought.

Wall is 19. he can move to SG. i think Kobe was around 6'4" his rookie season and then inched up to 6'6". although he was 18 at the time. there's no reason to doubt that Wall can inch to 6'5 or 6'6" and play the 2. even at 6'4 DWade has been pretty successful.

There's no way Jazz will draft wall, esp. with D-will's performance this year. They'll trade 1 spot lower for an extra pick and take Turner ;)

so, you think the Jazz would like Wall off bench behind D-Will OR Brooks behind D-Will + C-Bud @ SG + #14 pick + ...?

We won't be getting Wall via trade. I know that sounds like Captain Obvious type material, but the best case scenario for us from a strategic standpoint with the draft is Minnesota winning the lottery and drafting Wall thereby officially starting the 'Ricky Rubio Sweepstakes'. Everybody knows he's never going to play in Minnesota. By Minny landing the #1 overall pick it just about makes Rubio's departure (if you can even call it that) a sure thing.

so the problem is: how good is this Ricky Rubio kid? better than Brooks?

If we got the first pick in the draft, I would offer it to Miami in a SNT.
