They gained a foothold in Lebanon being a Muslim resistance movement (which from the purely Lebanese perspective is wrt the disputed Shebaa farms), and then bought additional support being like a hamas and financially supporting the communities and families in the South.

Agreed. Don't see how they will ever regain the goodwill.

He's entertaining, but anyone who claims that Shebaa was clearly Lebanese will likely be biased on the subject. This is a two-sided war. Anyone who argues only one side is close-minded.
