The issue is does he even want to play? We are assuming he wants to play. I think his statement is clear that he does not care. He does not want to play for this team. And whether he is irresponsible in terms of protecting himself and others against COVID is irrelevant in this discussion. Millions of working professional Americans violate COVID protocols and disobey CDC recommendations every day in their private lives and not penalized. I agree you have to trade him at this point. But like I said at the end of the day he is a man with his own thoughts and free will. It’s his choice. Wise or not. Successful or not.
