By queef are you referring to a fart from the female genitalia? It is in my experience that an awkward moment arrives when this takes place. The female is usually getting pounded doggy style and mass amounts of air are being pumped into an area that is fully equipped to hold small humans. When the threshold is reached, it usually sounds like jogger farts in that they will compete with the continued air being pushed in. pfffAAAAAAT!!!, pfffAAAAAAT!!, pfffAAT! The female has a look of embarrassment. This is about the time the male loses it and starts laughing, pissing off said female. Rather than risk the possibility of blue balls, the male MUST hold it in. He will find that shifting focus back to the task at hand will have a significant effect on his dexterity. His selfish penis sensation will be temporarily stunted and he should be able to provide an extra 15 seconds of sheer ecstasy. The female has no choice but to be extremely impressed, releasing not just a moan, but a gasping moan. The male cannot fight it any longer and will release. Victory comes to be sides (so to speak).
