Rockets traded way landry and ariza combination of passion, defense, and athleticism we lost for too of the softest guys in the league budinger and martin, thats why we've lost our idenity of a team that would always outwork you they aren't those type of players.

I still believe that Lee is comparable to Ariza. Unfortunately, Bud is in a slump and that TE was not as valuable as we believed it to be, at least not so far. Who knows, maybe DM will prove us wrong again. We all know he's done it consistently.

 

Back then it was definitely the right trade though, just like the T-Mac trade for Francis and Cat.

 

Ariza would not help this team at all, he can't create nor even dribble, this team needs a creator that can get his own good shot too.

Someone to free up the other scorers by drawing so much attention.

Courtney Lee making more 3's then Ariza, Courtney doesn't try to dominate the ball like Ariza and doesn't shoot a low fg% like Ariza did for us last year, definatly don't miss this guy.

 

We'd likely be worse.

Ariza isnt going to make Scola play better or Budinger start hitting his shots.
