Don't worry, you are in good company. In your coveted system, the players won't pass either.

couldn't careless if you passed the ball 50 times. if you end up losing your system, isn't any better. the name of the game is who can get a W. not who can look the prettiest on the court.

Nope. Great trade. It's not CP3 or Hardens fault they are taking on a team with 5 all stars. It's unrealistic to think we should beat them. We can hope.

if we don't make that trade we don't get to enjoy last season which was the best season since the championship years 25 years ago.

I'd make that trade every day and twice on Sunday.

I don’t think Harden extends without that trade. We could be in a Kawhi or AD situation.

That's the deal. The trade was not just about the assets we gave up getting him, but most importantly the mortgage of a 4-year future for a window of about 2 years. Now the 2 years is gone. We are paying for it for the next 3 years. With his injury history, the last 2 to 3 years of his contract is almost guaranteed to be not worth it. This season is the confirmation of his decline and injury proneness. We can't dream of getting the prime CP3 back.

Agree. I do think Morey thought that CP3 would stay effective for longer... therefore the window would stay open for 3 years into his new deal. After this past season, that analysis looks very flawed now. His regression has been steeper than DM expected.
