Do YOU question Mgmt's direction?

    they're doing a great job.

    the rebuilding time has been quite quick considering the system was totally built around a single player.

    they've rolled the dice on several chances in order to make the team great. the trades for steve & EG; mainly good draft picks; getting the most out of trades, and then using what they have wisely & for great results. a few things have backfired (cato just LOOKED stunning; rice may turn out ok if very lucky). as the saying goes: "No Guts, No Glory!"

    they've shown a commitment to getting the pieces in place for when shaq retires. they've shown loyalty to players (drafting TMo, agreeing to the rice/anderson trade) and have moved wisely in the offseason. you can see the aim of getting another championship is what's driving them, and are not prepared to settle for average (i just wish some of the players did the same) or a profit (aka clippers, tho they still DO want to make a healthy profit;))

    My vote is a resounding YES the Team under rudy and cd are going to go down as the best in the league..

    In 2 years time this team be the best there ever has been ...if Steve can live without being the only one the get all the glory


    If not then we can get anther PG and the results will be the same
