Yes, I do. I miss being winners and I miss being competitors. I miss the hate too. And now all we have left here is mediocrity. LOL wihile having "Grit" and "heart." While going nowhere(unless you tank). The fact is all this crap about "team" ball goes out the window when you have the next superstar. The offense will always flow through the best player. Yall are really an ungrateful fanbase. And with the way you treat PJ Tucker you dont deserve him either or never deserved him in the first place.
It kinda just shows most of you were just waiting to get rid of him and be Rick Adleman's Rockets forever.....
appreciate what harden did for us but happy to be watching some new guys play with a different style.
This video is insulting to you? lol And by the way I appreciate what Harden has tried to do for this club and I am trying to put aside the bad break-up. In all likelihood the NBA will probably never seen something like James Harden on the court for a long long time. The strength, court vision, craftiness and shot creating at the 2 guard. Was truly flexible in almost any line-up 1-3. But in the end he decided to conflate his own personal failures with the organization's and gave up on the city. It's his call, but he was under contract. I hope he gets a ring and the never sniffs the WCF again.
to all those missing winning and playoffs, you aware we have better record this year post trade then pre trade?
Yea.....it was fun not getting out of that first round man. Oh sorry....that one second round we got to. That was nice. It was fun never having any championship aspirations ever.
After checking your edit....I will say your post is fair. But I dont enjoy not being a contender and I dont enjoy having a player thats not good enough to take you there.
It was interesting that the Chronicle article said that he had been told that the GM was on the phone and the trade was probably being done that night as the game was being played. It made his reaction after the game and his sudden practical breakdown at the post game interview much more understandable. F Shaq, James did give pretty much his all to the game and the Rockets. I hope the Nets win the championship, but it has been surprisingly easy for me to look forward to each Rockets game without him. Now three seasons from now and we are still not in the playoffs, which is very possible I might not be so eager.
His attitude at the end makes it easy not to miss him. I do miss having the mystique of an all time great on the team, but Im enthusiastic to the challenge of finding the next Harden.
